Custom Parts Order
Tony diagnosed problem with my Luna lone wolf E - bike through Email conversation. Then he set up the order for the part. I installed it and soon after I was riding again. I was very pleased with the service. I have confidence that Luna cares about past customers and will keep your bike running.

X2 Enduro Ebike
I’ve owned 4 ebike including a Stealth P7 over the past 8 years, and the Luna if by far the best! This bike acceleration is amazing. So much fun to ride and it handles really well. It’s great for jumping, road riding, and any type of commuting. I’ve gotten well over 50 miles of range on a charge multiple different times. I’ve also put almost 500 miles on the bike in like 3 weeks. I am very happy with the Luna X-2 . For avid riders I would definitely recommend the Ludicrous upgrade!

Luna Fixed Stealth Ebike
Love how it rides. The breaks in the rear seem squishier than the front out of the box; it looks like the brake caliper can’t attach at the right angle because of the way the frame was machined, and I think the rear brake line needs to be bled. I also really do not like the handlebars, and if it wasn’t for the shifter, which I also hate and seems cheap, this would be an easier conversion to a drop bar. But it’s going to be a real pain to fit the shifter onto a drop bar, so I just have to make do with the awful stock handlebar. Besides these gripes, I really do love the bike. It looks gorgeous, and it rides smoothly. It’s speedy, and it seems like the battery is good for the commute I need it for. I like that the bike is relatively light and minimal, and I can just ride it like a somewhat normal road bike if I so choose.

Surron Stock Rear Fender Mount
Broke mine, after jump gone wrong. Luna Cycle did not have it in stock, so I signed up for a notice when it did. Took a while, I almost bought one from Amazon, as they had lots of aftermarket brands. Luna finally got it in stock, and it shipped quickly after the order. It was a cheap and affordable for what I believe was a genuine replacement. Wicked easy to install. Back to new. I have only purchased my parts from Luna so far. Happy at the moment, and will continue to do so, as long as they have "stock". Lol

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
Luna Cycle made the purchasing of my Surron X so simple! I was hesitant to order such an expensive and large product online and have it shipped to my house, but the packaging/protection, instructions, and shipping updates provided by Luna Cycle were spot on. I was able to be riding the same day the bike arrived at my house. I also had a few questions which I asked Luna Cycle after the bike arrived, and their customer service is amazing! They've definitely made me a very satisfied customer who will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
Great experience. They shipped quickly, box was damaged but that was due to shipping company. The bike works great!! I will say that it does this thing where about every 3rd time or so that I turn it on, it won't engage the throttle. But a simple key cycle solves the problem so not a huge deal

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
The Sur Ron is amazing. I ride it even more than I thought I would. Get one!
Deducted one star because mine came with a decent sized gash in the seat bracket and Luna basically said “get some spray paint or a sharpee”. For a 4.5k bike they should have at least offered some kind of credit or had better customer empathy.
