Really good bike. Fulfilled all my needs on the roads. Off-road is another thing. Bike should come with peg spacers because after jumping a bit my pegs became loose. Other then that it has been a great purchase

Way too much fun for a grown man ! These things are awesome . I got one and shortly after owning it my fiancé rode it once and insisted on having one of her own . Needless to say we now have two sur rons !! Most fun we can have together . I will say tho they’re no joke . Ride carefully because these aren’t toys , they’re machines . Plenty of power to get my 6’4” 250lb body up any hill and we live on a mountain and our neighborhood has some big hills , I was worried they’d struggle with me but there hasn’t been a hill/mountain I can’t get up with ease . Thank you Luna cycle . I’ve already recommended to friends and family 👍

The Luna X2 with Ludi I recently purchased is my 3rd. E mountain bike since 2019. It took 3 bikes to finally get the right bike. I live and ride in the Sierra foothills and mountains. A lot of single track with steep and rocky climbs. The X2 is light, agile, and powerful enough for any trail I ride. I can't express how good this bike is with Ludi, you have to ride it to know the joy! Thank you Luna Cycle!

I love the bike and I love the fact that you had it in stock and was able to readily ship it to me. I have put about 150 miles on the bike and if it wasn't for the 106 to 112 heat index's we are having at this time I would probably have ridden twice that! I was riding Wednesday night and the motor got really hot to the touch so I took a break and it cooled down and ran great the rest of the way home. I have had some issues with the chain jumping off and I have taken it to two different bike shops in town that have done full de-railer set ups and I have been making sure that i shift correctly and it hasn't happened since. I did email your customer service about two weeks ago about this issue and never heard a peep from anyone. That is why I am not giving you a 5 star review, I felt that when I bought the bike that you were going to be a better company to deal with when it came to customer service but the fact that I sent you an email and posted about it on the luna facebook site with no reply was a little frustrating as I hope I don't have anymore issues in the future. Thank You! The bike is a beast. Oh and I feel like you should include a manual for the controller to at least know how to properly set it up with out having to look it up on line.
