Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
What can I say I did not need a SURRON X But after watching videos and doing research that was it I wanted one bad , And now that I have one I could not be happier it’s got to be The funnest and most awesome bike that I have ever ridden and I am been riding motorcycles for over
55 years. And here’s the best part about it to me I have not spent one sent on fuel for it and that makes me laugh every time I twist the throttle or brag about my SURRON X .

X2 Enduro Ebike
Delivery was fairly quick, 10 days to Vermont.
Bike was packaged well.
Easy assembly.
Takes a bit of time to become familiar with the Ludacris controller and getting it set up on bike.
So far I have about 100 miles of Single track on the bike.
The bike is everything it was claimed to be.
I'm very pleased with the overall design and performance.
It's nice to feel like Superman.
Bike allows me to do long extensive rides.
Rather than trucking my bike to the trails, I ride to the trails now.
Only thing that's a little annoying right now is the creaking that started around 50 miles.
Sounds like It's coming from the motor mount...
never been able to speak to a live person or chat with a live person for customer service.
Any questions I've had customer service redirects me to forums or online instructions...

Luna Right Twist Throttle For BBSHD and BBS02
Very solid product, better quality and throttle response than the stock BBSHD thumb throttle. They don't necessarily fit the style of bike I ride, however if you ride something more modern then these would be perfect for you!
Thank you Luna

Custom Parts Order
I own the original luna x-1 and I would give the bike 5 stars. Great price great look. I have owned the bike for almost 3 years and I still have so much fun on it. Now being from a smaller company getting parts or replacements can be pretty hard and a pain so try not to break anything. My only gripe with luna is the customer service, they offer a ludicrous mode which increases max speed which is super awesome! But also wears out the gear inside the motor a little faster. Which is fine I’ll take the wear and tear for extra fun After 3 years I have gone through two gears. And both times customer service sound reluctant to help and try to keep you from sending in items for repair, often making me feel like I have to try to convince luna to fix their bikes. Great entry/beginner ebike for the price but if you are looking to get taken care of in the long run I would save up for a different brand.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
This is my first “e” anything and my god is it amazing. The surron is ridiculously fun to ride and my go to for a city commute. Not to mention its only 100lbs or so, so it can easily be brought indoors. This bike, stock, is by itself a fantastic purchase.
The only downside is the size. Im 6’0 and the bike feels just a little small at times. Though im very excited to see what upgrades can be had (im looking at you ‘seat extender’)

Luna Surron Stainless Steel Bash Guard
Excellent addition to the Sur Ron X, the stock bash guard should be replaced if you want to protect the motor compartment from rock and debris. Fits well and the worth the price.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
We love our new Sur-Ron electric motorcycles! We purchased them for our grandchildren to ride near our remote cabin in Montana. They love to ride them! My wife and I have also enjoyed several rides together, even though I’m too big for the bikes. They are very well-built and sturdy. They have more than enough range for our needs and recharging is simple and easy. We purchased a hitch trailer to haul them around, and it has worked out very well.

Always super easy and never disappointing ordering from Luna, speedy shipping and notifications at every stage of the order. Price for the controller was cheaper than other US sites, was simple to fit, I'm back on the road again :)
