Very fast shipping. As always, a good experience.

This bike is really above and beyond. I commute daily in NYC and it makes quick and easy work taking on hills, headwinds and outrunning basically anyone. I feel super in control on the bike, and even on PAS 4 (out of 5) I get really good range going all over the city. 6 out of 5 stars.

Very happy about my purchases from Luna Cycles. Great customer support and international service. Ship times also good. My Sur Ron X is fun to ride. Weird not hearing an engine running but peaceful and enjoyable

Good so far...

I am a truck driver I made the purchase when I was in salt lake City Utah and my address is in Colorado and I wanted the bike shipped to New Mexico to a shop I have there. Looked like a real shady fraudulent situation to Luna. But they contacted me worked with me and I received my bike no problems and they are very helpful kind and considerate. I hope they go a long ways I know they will

Once I figured out that only certain web browsers would work on your web site it was easy. Your support was alright, although, I wasn't able to actually speak to anyone in person. E-Mail was the only effective communication I was able to use. A lot is lost by not being able to speak to someone when ordering such expensive equipment. I learned much by empirical process. You would do well to have concise "How To" and "What -is-What" videos for every section, and sub-section. You have some videos, however, this aspect could be much improved. Your bottom Line, as well as your following would increase. LEAN 6 Sigma

All ways great price and service

Fast international shipping and well packed

Nice!

Just what I needed

You guys are great! Thank for including the male end of the XT90 connector for the charger! Didn’t expect that and almost got thrown with the box.

The Bafang 1000 watt motors (I've had three installed) and Wolf batteries (have four) are great. The negative part is that I have had more than expected issues with connections coming loose, causing the power to fail. Once you know what came loose, it is easy to fix. However, if you are new to this the learning curve is unpleasant. A video on the various connections and how they can come loose would be helpful. To wit: the brake connection, the speed sensor, the throttle connection. Owing to having two batteries on any bike I am operating and switching them out, those connections were rubbed enough to get a short. My fault, but still. Nonetheless, when it is all working right, it is wonderful. Now that I know what all can come loose I worry less about an unexpected stoppage.

Quick turnaround and product is what was advertised.
