Quality product and shipped with reasonable alacrity. Delivering on promises in this challenging environment gets a business 5 Stars.
Now, if I can just get my two boys to bring back the Surron so I can get a ride in, I'm sure I'm going to love it.

Purchased the 120mm bafang mid drive kit with Luna battery and everything fit perfectly first try. I didn't even need the spacers I purchased. And the magnetic mount for the battery is awesome. Very convenient and easy to install. Great product.

ordering was easy. Customer service was nice when i needed something. BUT, i wish i would have known it was going to be shipped Fedex Economy Freight via Rail. I would have had it shipped fedex regular freight at my cost. It ended up being delayed for almost an extra week. Especially painful when it was scheduled to arrive before a long holiday weekend.

Luna Cycle is top quality. I received my connectors and wire quickly, and I couldn’t even find anywhere else that sold Rosenberger magnetic connectors.

I've bought two bikes from Luna Cycles, and can definitely say that the experience has been one of, if not the best, business experience with a bicycle vendor. The service and customer support has been excellent. And, the bikes are my favorite rides. Luna rocks. :)

I love this bike! I was hesitant to order something like this online without riding one, or even seeing one in person. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. My boys ask for rides almost every day.

A bit over priced. Didnt come with mounting screws and spacers.
