Positives; quick shipping. Not bad at all. If it would ship within 24 hours would be great but not overly alarmed if it's within 48 hours.
Negatives...guys, please find a better way to package sprockets and parts without using the unforgiving stick that never come off without having to scrape it off. It's beyond annoying.
The website experience on the desktop needs a huge improvement. GTMetrix score alone shows there's a bottleneck with the overall design. Broken images, etc (as I do web design full time...). The parts selection and more information on the BBSHD can be so much better. If certain parts require certain thin like the sprocket needing another part, I shouldn't be able to check out rather than realizing later I needed another part on top.
