Wheels look good and overall it was pretty easy to switch out the wheels. Sucky thing is I had the fancy O-ring chain and the one this comes with is just plain chain.

The absolute hardest place to deal with. No way to get on a waiting list other than an email notification that the bike is available to buy. You'd best be ready to make your online purchase quickly because the window to buy is probably about 24 hours? If you make ANY kind of the smallest mistake in your order, forget about changing it. All you can do is cancel it and wait another 2-3 months for the next "invitation" to buy a bike. It's good for them that they have a good value so that they don't have to give a sh**

Everything was seamless! Only reason I docked a star was the communication regarding order status was not in-sync with the actuall order state. Example: I received a call from FedX to schedule delivery as the bike was in transit but the last communication from Luna had the order processing, not shipped. By the way, the bike absolutely rocks!
