Building my second mid drive eBike. The crew at Luna is super helpful and knowledgeable!! I never thought I’d have so much fun on a bike as on old guy!!

Shipping is fast. It should be more difficult to order a motor kit with only partial eclipse sprocket.

They do not offer sales over the phone which was challenging for a rural person with limited internet access. When my shipment arrived, the box containing my motor wasn’t taped shut like the other shipment and it rolled out on to the floor, lucky it didn’t land on my foot. As well, between my two motor shipments, the accessories we’re not packed in the correct boxes so I had to reorganize the pieces to ensure I received everything.

Arrived in 6 days, about the usual. As with most Luna items, No instructions! You have to go hunting for info. ,some times rather easy, sometimes Not! Really,
the cost to include instructions or specificity where to find them, may cost .10 - $1.00, depending on the item. Sometimes customer service- satisfaction is worth way more than that. Don Royer

The product itself was great. My bbso2 is rock solid to the frame now. Shipping was very slow and I had to interrupt a vacation to install the part.
