Have been a Madam Glam addict for quite a few years. Love, love all the products. However I have been paying exorbitant import duties and tax plus extra admin fees by FedEx in Johannesburg. So, unfortunately, I will have to restrict my purchases going forward.

Terribly frustrated by the experience. Customer support is always pleasant, and I appreciate that. I am SO tired of every color I want to choose for my VIP box being out of stock... so I choose from the new arrivals (which are in stock, of course ) only to find that for some reason they are not part of the VIP plan? Which I find out after the fact when I get a shipping confirmation- not when I was placing the order.

Even when I do manage to find colors to fill out my VIP box, I get an email weeks later, saying you haven’t shipped it because (OOPS) those colors aren’t in stock! And you just then decide to let me know...

Such beautiful products, such a maddening experience overall, with very little done on your end to make it right.

Hi it was alright but would of been better if I was more informed about the new lay out and how it worked but I did figured it all out and yes it was easy to figure out
