I ordered my products two weeks ago and still have not received them. I have clients waiting on these colors. No tracking information, no customer service, and absolutely no answers back from my email. I will never order again from Madam Glam.

I'm getting really irritated with my service through you guys I was excited to save a lot of money and do your monthly VIP but I keep getting screwed over and nothing is making sense I try and talk to somebody and they aren't much help I would like to talk to a real person over the phone I would like to continue but I'm almost about to cancel

Love the new website. Wish there were a way to keep track of colors already owned. I currently am using my favorites for that. Shipping seems to take forever. The products I have ordered so far have been great. Everything has been well packaged and intact. I will be ordering again.

After joining the VIP club last summer I put it on hold for 1 month because I wanted to catch up on the colors I had already received. When I went back on the site to look at what was new, almost everything I looked at was not available and no explanation other than I could get an e-mail when it was back in stock. Even checking with customer service I was told they had production problems. I waited and the next month was still the same. Finally I checked after the holidays and the whole site is different and even though the VIP club still had my credit, it wasn't good on any new releases. I couldn't get the 3 gels I wanted unless I paid more out of pocket. Instead of settling for colors I didn't want, I ended up spending my credit plus $14.00 more and will now probably stick with what my nail technician has in stock when I go get my nails done -- I would not join VIP again after Madam Glam didn't make it right.

I received my order on 1/22/2019, but only 80% of my order was included. I immediately sent an email regarding the missing product. I got a response rather quickly. And I responded to the choices given me right away. I have sent 2 more inquiries, 1/27/2019 and then again today, 1/31/2019. I have not received a response. I give the gel polish 5 stars but customer service 1 star
