The second time that I ordered gel polish, it was very quick in shipping but in my country it is slow, so this order I didn't receive jet! But the first one was excellent! The one-step gel, love it!! This time peel off base coat and no sticky top coat, so very curious. I want to order often but the shipping makes it expensive for just one person, myself. So if this is just so lovely as the first order I try to do together with friends.
Now a month free VIP, that was awesome !!! So happy with that! That means for me 2 color gel polish extra instead of the shipping cost, me so happy!! Thank you Madam Glam!
And for all the people that think you can't do it yourself, my left hand is paralyzed and I can do it myself!!!

Horrible! I ordered Fade Away and on your website it shows as black and red. When I received it, it was labeled Alchemy and is black and red (so only the color was right but the label is wrong)! I also ordered Alchemy (on your website it shows as light brown w/gold flecks) and arrived a bright orange like Surreal on your website! I have sent 2 emails to you customer service people with no response! Your new website is so messed up that you don’t even know it!

I love the products & have never had an issue with my orders until now. The discount did not apply at checkout, so I immediately tried to cancel the order. Madam Glam does not reply in a timely manner, so the order was processed, but still hasn't shipped since Jan 19th. I have emailed several times, when they finally replied said order was shipped. I have no more info, & they have not sent me anymore info since then. I must say this is a huge disappointment. Wonderful products, & I'm sure I will order again but you need to step up customer service

My experience was horrible. I was charged shipping when I shouldn’t have been (I’m a VIP). Also I was charged full price for the polishes when I should have gotten 50% off for being a VIP member. Lastly, when I received shipping information, it showed my order being shipped to an incorrect address in another state. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I didn’t place the order as a VIP and there was nothing they could do about it being shipped to the wrong place. I have submitted 4 or 5 customer service requests for this one order and it’s still not resolved.

I love the polished. Currently wearing two of my new colors and loving them. The only thing I have to ask is if you can make it so that Paypal can be used for the VIP subscription. I would definitely sign up for that if Paypal was able to be used. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Solo un problema, la página no se puede traducir al español y me ha resultado muy difícil hacer el pedido.

I haven’t tried the polishes yet, still waiting. I’m expecting them to be top notch since all my fave YouTube nail gurus use Madam Glam. I placed an order about a week ago and the shipping has not updated in that whole week. As long as I get the polishes soon and they’re of good quality like I’m expecting then I will continue to order!
