Check out was easy! Finding the items were easy.. I loooooce the pink nail polish I got. But I HATE the top coat.! I was so disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. The tacky layer would not go away no matter how many times or how long I cured it. I have other top coats and tested them out and didn’t have that problem. I really wanted to like this Madam Glam one but I just don’t.

I was excited to be set up with the VIP offer and ordered some polish. However.. now it appears you cant use your VIP discount on anything new... so I will be canceling my VIP. Polishes are good..but I cant justify the price sometimes

Your customer service which is through email sucks. Website needs to be upgraded to further explain your VIP program which also sucks. Because when you say you can receive 50% off ALL your polishes it supposed to be ALL including the clearance. The return policy sucks too it shouldn't take 3-5days for a return. Especially when you take that VIP fee out on the first. Meaning the payment was processed before the next month even got here. I wouldn't recommend you guys. Your polishes are pretty but I wouldn't buy from you guys again considering my first and last experience. I would've gotten all my money back but I may gift these away or resell and find another product.

I ordered one of the sets and an extra polish I have had my eye on. When it showed up, it was missing the set. I contacted the costumer service and they immediately sent the missing set. All the polishes are perfect and I love the color and quality. 100% will be buying more.

I found out about Madam Glam when doing some research into doing at home gel manicures. Not only was I impressed by the reports of them producing a 5 free company, I was seeing many rave reviews about their amazing customer service as well. I experienced this first hand, while trying to make a last minute correction to my first order. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I could not be more satisfied in the product, the prices, the discount program and my overall experience as a new customer. I have already placed a second, larger order in under a week. This will be my go to supplier. I just learned they are now going to be 9 free. It just keeps getting better.

Without realizing, I subscribed to that VIP membership, so I cancelled it 3 or 4 days after my purchase. I sent an email to inactivate it and they did it on 01/30, but they charged me the first month anyways (altough in the website it says that the first month it’s a Free trial). So I’ve been emailing them for 5 days now, but I haven’t received any answer. It seems that conveniently they don’t see those emails.
