Work Sharp Knife and Tool Sharpener Mk.2
Absolutely brilliant! A+, I have had many knifes and up until this product ruined many knifes, many sharpeners later and ill never go back, ease of use and crazy sharp knifes are quick and easy. Do have many of the 6000 or purple belts on hand though, those go pretty quick but its so worth the investment. Great customer service also! You wont regret owning one of these if you fish/hunt or just need sharp knifes.

Finally, after all the regular sharpeners and stones Ive tried I now have an edge that will glide through a paper, a tomato without pressure, and onion slices that are transparent. Quick easy good value if you value sharp kitchen knives. I am curious if the green belt can be used for a very damaged blade just to establish a new edge. Why not? There is is nothing to lose. I can not get it sharp enough to shave my arm hairs as some say, even with using a stone in between the red and purple band. but maybe I need more skill. Blade sharpening and honing are a science.

I have the first model it worked great except I can't find thinner belts The second this model uses wider belts but too thick for use as flawless first model

I have an original sharpener. Its maybe 17 years old.. I've used this thing to sharpen hundreds of knives. I used it to sharpen my axes and lawnmower blades too. The clear plastic roller inside broke in half. I've searched everywhere for parts for it. Sad to let it go. The only bad part is that roller.

I've had the original WSKTS sharpener for yrs as well as other WorkSharp products. (the Ken Onion, bench sharpener WSBCHBSS, field sharpener WSGFS ,pocket WSGPS, Drill Doctor). Been very pleased with all. I saw some interesting improvments in the MK.2 and decided to give it a try. Very glad I did. Well worth the upgrade. Sat down and fine tuned 7 knives to get the feel of it. Hair shaving sharpness. One thing that is a plus for the original and the MK.2 that I've not seen pointed out is the fact that us woodworkers can sharpen out draw knives with them. Thanks WorkSharp ...very satisfied.

By golly it works! More consistent angle than I can produce with stone and oil, and certainly faster.A good tool to own, nothing like a sharp knife for happy work in the kitchen.Kinda fun, too!

I've used "chef's choice" sharpeners for 25 years or more. It wasn't until the price came down that I decided to give the 'work sharp MK2' a shot. This sharpener is impressive. My chef's choice sharpener paled in comparison. I'm one happy camper. My knives are now razor-sharp.

Works very well. Easy to use. I believe most people will find it simple and effective. Did all the kitchen knives 6 passed per side per grit and they all cut tomatoes paper thin
