I bought my first Jet Boil in the spring of 2007 and it is still my favorite tool! My Jet Boil goes where I go and has never let me down! I now have three of them...one for work, one for hunting , and one for my truck just in case. Awesome product!

We love our Jetboil. On long drives we make coffee and tea on the tailgate or our truck. We stop at pleasant rest stops and quickly boil water. On warm days it takes less than 2 mins. On the coldest 8-10. Many years of great service.

I bought the Jetboil flash just before a 10 trip in the California desert and I was extremely impressed. The flash heated water for my coffee faster than I expected and the small can of Jetboil fuel I bought lasted the whole trip.

This is my second Jetboil and I LOVE these things, the quantity of memories that I have with these campstoves is unreal. Worth penny for sure. By far the best stoves I've ever used, I recommend them to everyone.

This is the best set up for heating up foods/liquids. Its ergonomic, efficient, and most importantly reliable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a cooking setup for camping.

Boils water in less than 2 minutes! Very compact and lightweight. Used it on my motorcycle trip from Maine to Alaska. Bought my son, an advid backpacker too!

I never realized how much I missed hot water in the field. This thing is awesome. I even use it at work because it heats soup faster than a microwave

My trail name is Jetboil. Can you blame me? It sounds like a jet engine when starting, no need of a lighter, just push a button, and it has a thermo flame on the side that lights up orange when it has boiling water which makes it idiot proof, it boils in half the time as a "regular" stove, and I can even hold it in my hand after it is still boiling hot because of the insulation padding that comes with it. All the parts I need all fits within itself, so no looking for the fuel can, pot, oven mit, and it is steady, so no tipping or spilling the water. Yeah, I'm a bit obsessed with my jetboil. And my hiking leader laughs at me because of the way I talk about my jetboil, and how I go on and on about it, he says I sound like a sponsor of Jetboil, which I am not... But it's an awesome stove. It is my 1 luxury NON ultra light item as there are lighter stoves out there, but for me, Jetboil is easy, convenient, and simple! Joke is, if I am ever lost in the woods, if you want to find me, just look for my jetboil. Nothing comes between me and my jetboil. LoL. Not even my husband! whom I love almost as much as my jetboil. Keeps you warm in half the time! See? Jetboil.

Bought the FCS as a gift for my father. Could not be happier with its performance. Would buy from Jetboil again.

Very compact and a pleasure to use. Whether it is backpacking or car camping this is the stove for you.

My husband loves this item. Thank you! Seriously how much do I need to write?

I would recommend this to anyone who embraces the outdoor lifestyle.

When we go to fight wildland fires we use this to cook our food

Fast light even good looking, a must have for backpacking

Worked great, compact and gets the job done in no time!

The piston diameter is than the pot, allowing 2-3 mm gap (does not seal well) allowing a good portion of grounds to escape into the coffee. Comparing it to my GSI 1-L press, the piston is the same diameter, so neither would seal well enough for the jetboil pot :(. I recommend against the Java kit and recommend an alternative solution if you prefer not to chew your brew.
I give it three stars because the Jet Boil Flash still works well, but I deducted three stars, because I basically lost $11 that I will never recover, and not sure I would have purchased a JB at all without the very-attractive Java option (which I think is actually useless).

THIS THING IS AWESOME. I GOT FOR A ELK TRIP NEXT YEAR BUT TOOK MUZZLELOADER HUNTING LAST WEEK JUST TO USE AND EXPERIMENT AND WOW. WISH WOULD HAVE HAD 30YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS YOUNG, WOULD HAVE HIKED EVERY YEAR.

I bought my flash java after seeing my brother in law make coffee on a mountain top in Va. It was so cold we couldnt get water to boil boil on our regular stove. Love this thing.

Works great. Boils quick. Super quick set up. My only grief is that the French press part of it allows quite a few coffee grounds to pass through and into the final product.

I bought this in anticipation for a backpacking trip last weekend. I couldn't be happier with the results! It makes coffee and meals faster than what I cook at home.
