POOR AT BEST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!! There are a lot of other companys out there that conduct honest business!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! I placed an order on October 2 for 3 Shimano Overhead Game rods and reals along with 8 X-Raps. Gave the company instructions that I had a friend Flying in from Fiji to Pick these items up in person in Aukland for a fishing charter on October 6th. They processed my card ( knowing that because I got confirmation from my credit card company).!!! So, they got my money, sent my confirmation via email and all was good to be picked up on the 4th of October. All is going smooth, when my friend ( which I gave the name of the person which drove 2 hours to retrieve them), Was met buy an extremely rude gentleman saying my card was declined!!!!! So, I call and speak to GRACE a supervisor to explain what went wrong.... She tells me her bank said not to release the items and in the same breath TELLS ME THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED TO MY CARD!!!! THEN SHE TELLS ME THAT MY BANK TOLD THEM THAT MY CARD WAS DECLINED AND THE LIES CONTINUED ON AND ON!!!! TOTAL LIES!!!!!!! SO WE TOOK IT UPON OURSELVES TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY BACK TO REFUSE THE CHARGES TO MARINE DEALS!!!! NICE JOB FROM THE CONFIRMATION OF MY CARD TO HAVING A FRIEND FLY OVER AND DRIVE 2 HOURS TO GET MADE UP EXCUSES AND FURTHER MORE LIE, LIE AND LIE SOME MORE LIES TO COVER UP THEIR MISTAKES. DONT GET ME WRONG EVERY COMPANY MAKES MISTAKES.... BUT WHEN YOU LIE REPEATEDLY AND CANNOT ADMIT A SHORTCOMING, TRY TO BLAME AND LIE ABOUT A CUSTOMER TO COVER THEIR BS UP, THATS WHAT THE PROBLEM WITH GRACE AND MARINE DEALS IS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Recently had a spinning real bale arm that broke, got on to customer services and sent it back to Richard and 5 days later have a new upgraded real arrived. Thanks to Aubu Gacia and the team at Marine Deals I am a very happy customer. :-)

best in customer service, I bought fins on their midweek sale. Compared to other online shops, they are the cheapest so far. Thank you!!

Marine-deals are lightening fast. I have purchased on Trade Me multiple time before, but never has a trade been easier and the communications are a cut above the rest.

Made multiple purchases from Marine Deals, great prices and excellent shipping combined with first class customer service. Thanks team!

The service is amazing! Made contact about a velcro failure on my Sharkskin gloves. Got an immediate reply, returned the gloves via a FREE return bag and within a few days, a new pair was shipped to me. It doesn't get better than that! Marine Deals, you rock!
