Bought a Shimano Rod and Reel combo from Marine Deals .It was shipped last Friday , Monday only received the reel .The Rod was shipped separate from the reel ? .. I have spent all week contacting Marine Deals just to get a tracking number and courier post hasn't been much help either . I spoke to a rep at Marine deals and they offered me a apology ,Problem is I cant catch fish with that ..... Out of pocket

Hi Neville, Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear about your frustration - in short the delivery went missing. While we've been coordinating with the CourierPost investigation team to locate the parcel - we've since organised a replacement which is being sent to you now. (You should've already received the email confirmation for this by now with the tracking detail so you can monitor as well..) Just a note we use CourierPost and not New Zealand Couriers and your shipping/dispatch confirmation email contains the tracking number which you can enter on the CourierPost website.

A local mecca for fishing and fishermen. If they're not on the phone ignoring you they're pretty good

Been a customer for a few years now and acid test isnt when it all goes right, because there always cheap to buy from with fast delivery, its about when it goes wrong. Of all the purchases ive made ive had one reel that didn't sound quite right and it was replaced immediately without question, and the another order had the incorrect amount of sinkers, i just sent a photo of what arrived and the others were sent the same day. I seriously cant fault these guys, they're cheap, they're fast, they have mega sales, and i get rewards for buying fishing gear lol, sweet jesus how can that be wrong! Haha, Shot guys, honestly appreciated!
