This is the lead time we've indicated based on the actual history with our supplier for the item. This average timeframe starts from the date of purchase. Brought jb weld wood restore putty, When I received product, it was discoloured and when I checked the manufacture date, it was dated March 2011. Making it six years old, assuming it just never goes off I used some on my boat deck and it was an absolute disaster! It did not set at all and took me hours to scrape out, to their credit they sent me a ticket to send the product back.
EDIT AND UPDATE: My shipping money has been refunded as evident in reply to this so have adjusted review accordingly.

I'm having major problems. I think the wheels have really fallen off with this outfit.
First, they stuffed up my order , then sent it a day later with the most incompetent mail delivery service in the world ( Courier Post). Still waiting for it 10 days after ordering.

Hi Ron, thanks for your feedback and we're really sorry to hear about what happened. We sent out a replacement straightaway when you reported this to the team last week. We've contacted Courier Post to check what's caused the delay - and we've been informed that the courier has issues locating the address(!). Anyway things are sorted now and your parcel is now scheduled for delivery within 24 hours. We will continue to monitor this for you and once again apologies for the screw ups.
