Good service area

I purchased the Med. Alert System as an extra safety measure for myself since I live alone and my family membrs all live in different states than I do. I have worn it every day since I received it and find it to be lightweight and no trouble at all. I was pleased a couple of evenings ago when I was placing it on the charger and it started to slip in my hand. I grabbed it tightly enough to set off an immediate 'fall alert' which I could cancel with no problem. Good product.

The unit is ok. I just wish it could be a little smaller.

I think my mother is using it. I ordered the fall detect and she will not wear that one because it is too big so we are paying for that and not using it. Other than that I would say it’s a plus for her!

THE PENDANT FALL OFF AND I HAD TO PUT IT BACK ON.

IT COULD BE LOST EASILY, THE ONE I HAD BEFORE WAS MORE SECURE.

Just received our system. So far so good. Customer service has been excellent.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordering the system was not a problem. However, my loved one died before he was able to actually use it. The website says “risk free 14 day free trial with full refund .” When I called to return it I spoke with a guy named Brett. He was extremely rude! He told me there was no such thing as a 14 day free trial and that I would be billed for the monthly cost up until the date they received the return. I told him that was not correct - the website clearly advertises a free trial, a full refund if returned within 14 days. He. Again told me no and reiterated I would be billed. I called the next day to again attempt to tell them exactly where the free trial is started (it’s on the main page by the way)and I got Brett again! He argued with me again and placed me on hold while he talked with a manager. He then told me I was required to”keep the system for a specified number of days in order to get that.” I again read him EXACTLY what the website said in two different places! He continued to be rude and told me he would send me the steps to return it and that it is “up to billing “ what amount they refund me. When I got the steps to return it, it said I had to hook the system up and test it or else I would be charged $50. I called and explained the package was never opened and I assumed they would not want me to open it since I was returning it. I actually got Brett AGAIN and he was even more rude and insulting. He told Me I was “being ridiculous and it is policy” when I said it makes no sense to make a customer open and set up a system they are returning for a full refund, especially when it is in the original packaging from the company. Needless to say, I opened it and made the test call, packed it back up and returned it. Now I guess I “wait and see” what kind of refund I get. So, I suppose my advice is this is probably an ok company so long as your loved one doesn’t die and you have to return it! Fingers crossed you do not have to talk to “Brett.”

Easy setup. It has been accidentally trigger a few times while getting used to it. They have responded quickly.

Would be nice to see an updated band and easy use for someone with arthritic hands/fingers. She doesn’t like the necklace option and the wristband stretches out due to sliding it on and off within a few months.

The service is fine. The pendant and bracelet are quite sensitive. Three false alerts in 2 weeks.

I'm still using the original wrist band, but it is stretching and when its too loose

Seems like a nice unit, however the family member we got the device for is currently in a care facility for rehab and not able to use it. We hope it will be helpful upon their return home.

Overall easy to setup and use. Only complaint was during a test of the system the test call didn’t go through. It just gave up after a few beeps. Calling customer service they said it was a cellular issue (system reported 5 bars). Tried again and it did work. I would think the logic of the system would try until it finally connects. I am told you have to press again when a call fails. Not something that may be possible when a real emergency is occurring.

I got notifications by phone and email which I greatly appreciate.

Too sensitive. Kept going off.
