This will be used for my 92 year old active Father-in-law. He has the button dongle that he can press in case he falls and cannot get up. And he has the dongle that will automatically detect a fall. We recently had a mishap where he pumped the auto dongle and perimetics were has his house in 5 minutes. Note, he lives in the boonies in Wisconsin. We cannot be more happier with this system. It’s reasonably priced and very very reliable.

I feel more secure when I’m up and about inside and outside. I have a cochlear implant to charge so I put it and the alert device on the chargers at night and put both on at the same time first thing in the morning. I would recommend the device to anyone that has a fear of falling and needs help.

I bought this for my sister who lives in a different state. She says it is working fine and fortunately, has not had to use it yet. She said it is annoying that she is supposed to test it every week. How about once a month for a test?

HI thanks for your note, I'm glad you and your sister are happy with her medical alert system. If you choose to test weekly, that's fine - we just want to make sure that it's ready for her in the event of an emergency. As long as the status light on front of the console is GREEN then her system should be working just fine. But if she ever has a power outage or any other interruption like that, its a good idea to test again. If the light on the medical alert console is not green (red or flashing) then try hitting the black reset button on the back of the unit. Any questions please call Customer Service at 877-913-3680.
