<strong>DSL Filter For Medical Alert Systems</strong>
I have been paying close to $400 a year and I just found out the system is not working beyond 1 foot! I switched back to the "fall detection" and it went off when I was standing still and again when I was sitting down. That is when I contacted customer support and found out, if I was more than 1 foot away the syrup would not hear me to say I was okay.

I love the box, but didn’t love that i had to ask for it. I realize that you don’t want to be giving away equipment to people who don’t intend to use it, but I was almost to the point of switching providers because THEY offered this service and made it well-known.

I'm sorry you didn't receive one at the time of initial order, the lockbox is defaulted to "Yes Include" on the order form, but whomever placed the order declined the lockbox and chose "No".
