I was unfortunately unable to use the Medical Care Alert watch because the signal throughout the house was too weak (one bar). I have contacted Verizon and the problem can hopefully be resolved. The Medical Care Alert staff were helpful and supportive in handling the issue and in helping me return the watch. I may try again if the signal strength problem can be resolved.

The home fall pendant is great. My mother is so much more secure knowing help is right there if she needs it. I also feel better knowing if I’m not there that she is protected if she needs help. Not having to push the button if she falls is a double plus! Anyone that falls can be disoriented and forget to push it.
