As you would suspect, at my age (90),I am not that adept tp computers. It tells me the time, and fortunately I have not fallen. It (the watch)did slip and fell on the bed as I was putting it on,, so I did see that it asked if I was ok (which I said I was). About the 3rd day , at 11:00 am, it indicated I had no connection. It was two days later when a nurse, who had a similar watch, was able to correct it. I’m somewhat confused as to how to rectify other problems. I do like the rubber like band as I can’t wear metal or rings.

We just received the Alert system and it’s easy and comfortable with the necklace. You forget you have it on. I take it off when in bed because I don’t like anything around my neck. It is next to me on the small table and I put it back on when I get out of bed. So far no complaints. My family feel more secure that we have the alert button. Thanks.

I returned item for refund within 14 day window in good faith. Three or four weeks for refund indicates to me that Medical Care Alert is using my money at no charge; similar to borrowing and not having to pay interest. I presume that this is a common practice. If there is a substantial number of similar instances, MCA is taking advantage of its customers. Not a favorable position.

I like the mini size very much. The belt clip is a little stiff, but I like the clip much better than the belt loop which was too small for some of my belts. I wear it all the time, even around home. My kids are satisfied that I have the protection as well.
