It is very hard to understand the operator on you end. They are so loud and the connection is not very clear. I was not able to understand what the operator was asking. Is this issue related to the base? Every other call we receive or make is crystal clear?

As a general review point, I am happy with the watch. It does what I need it to do in the case of an emergency. The GPS is a useful tool if I should ever need it, as is the phone capability. The biggest sticking point I have is the size of the face of the watch. I wish there was something less cumbersome and more designed for women. This truly is a man' watch.

there is no video that shows every detail of the watch and it's set up. One video ,with the company owner goes on and on about the wonderful box the watch comes in. Really? who cares? The next video, with the lady in an orange sweater, tells all the option the watch has but no instructions or video. The instructions single page that comes with the watch is a waste. You are dealing with SENIORS who need exact instructions. NO ! I am not satisfied

Ordered the watch and paid for a year of service to get the discounts. Watch arrived and was too big and clunky for my small wrist - looked ugly! I called and set up return, sent return, they received on 7/17/24. As off 7/30/24, still haven't received my refund of $678.95 - Credit card payment is due, so I'm disputing this amount. The 14 return is a JOKE - only works if you get your money back quickly!!!
