This unit is very light and I enjoy the rope around the neck. It is softer and lighter. However the blinking light shows through my tops and has to be turned towards my skin. At night the blinking light has to be covered as I can sense it's blinking with eyes closed. Old age thin eyelids but all in all great unit. Love the light weight. A positive on the blinking light is the ability to find it in emergency.

We appreciate your input regarding the blinking light. We understand how it can be a bit distracting, especially at night. However, it should only be blinking when 1) on a call or 2) low battery.

We bought this for our almost 99yr old grandmother who lives alone. The set up was very easy, customer service was extremely patient and knowledgeable. My 89 year old mother moved in with us and we work during the day. We decided that she needed something due to spending so much time by herself. The equipment was to us in 3 days and it took less than 15 minutes to set it up and have it tested.
