Excellent customer service during set-up process. Tried another company's device, but it didn't work due to the poor cell service here. Thankfully, I haven't had to use the Mini GPS system in an emergency, but after a couple of test runs, I'm confident it'll work despite the subpar cell service.

So far like almost everything about it. Only exception is front light on button flashing blue. Do not need to always have attention paid to it because of flash. Any alternatives?

The blue flashing light is there to let you know your device is working and ready for use. Some folks will turn the device so that the light is next to their body instead of facing forward - you can try that and see if it works better for you. Thanks!
