Clearly, this design and its navigation is made for Senior and it is great! My wife loves the security she has now since her medical issues dictate the use of such a device. It gives me piece of mind too if I am away from the house or even outside doing yard work. We have already talked with our neighbors about their need for such a device that is all about safety!

To be frank & honest, I had major scoliosis back surgery about a week before this purchase. I was on medications & still recovering with in home help so I honestly haven't had the time or energy to check out & understand all the features.it gives my family comfort that they will be able to keep track of me & to have the fall detection. I personally still want to learn more about the various settings & use. Currently therapy, rest, & recuperating for 6 months is my top priority. I hope this is legible.

I’m over an hour away from my grandmother who now lives alone. The ability for her to go out to her garden or run errands but still have access to help is a great relief. The lockbox in the event an emergency response is needed isn’t something we had thought if before, the only thing I don’t absolutely love is the app just because there seems like a lot of tabs but with more familiarity I’m sure it’s great too.

We are happy that Mom has this system as she lives alone. Easy set up, the company is responsive with questions or concerns. We found out it worked when Mom accidentally pushed the button getting dressed. EMS entered her home using the key in the lockbox, found her to be OK, and we were notified when EMS was dispatched.
