It seems to work well for alerts as I managed to bump it unknowingly and someone called to see if I was okay. I really don't like the looks and feel of it as it is big and really ugly but I didn't get it for looks and will keep it and use it.

It speaks that it has 2 bars of LTE. I have trouble believing that is all it's getting considering I have a 4G LTE Verizon Signal Repeater here and all other devices get full bars because of it. It works though. We were forced to switch from a direct connection to the Phone line to LTE after switching from a Copper line to a Fiber line with Frontier. It would set off a call to the center around 2:40 Am when we were sound asleep. Frontier refused to accept responsibility so MCA helped us out. MCA is a Great company. As for Frontier, their eero internet is fantastic but the company isn't recommended by me.
