I purchased this unit for my 91 yr old mother, who still wants to live alone. She loves having the security of knowing she can get help if she needs it, but is a little put off by the size of the pendant. It's the size of a mini walki-talki. However, I can understand, since it has a speaker in it, which other units do not have. Just wish it were a bit smaller. Hopefully, she won't have to use it.
