The product was for my aunt in a town three hours away. She was confused by the instructions and one comment in the owner's manual about possible death! So I now have the protection. I was unable to enter my new code after many tries talking with customer service. Valiant effort but wouldn't accept the new code. So Medical Care Alert sent me another lockbox. This is where we are in this process. Again, thank you. I'm hoping I can accomplish this simple task.
