I had to return it due to our family situation. I have knocked off 2 stars because there is absolutely no excuse for taking a month to process a refund AFTER the return was received. You just open the box and check it. If everything is returned as new, that should take 2 minutes to check it then how long does a refund to the card take. The service itself seems fine but we didnt get to really use it.

I received a phone call that Medical Alert got a message of a battery problem with my system. It was explained to me the step to correct the problem. I a few days I received my new bracelet and necklace. I followed the simple instructions which I performed and was back to normal.

I like it but I'm a little confused with having to have two separate buttons, one for house and one when I travel or just go down the block. Also having to test them once a week is a little trying.
