I like knowing my mother can get help in an emergency. What we do not like is the live test procedure. We have a very difficult time hearing the operator (and there is nothing wrong with my hearing). In addition, the live test procedure is different every time we call so we never know what we will get.

It's working well except when the operater doesn't hang up and then your phone is off the hook and we didn't know how to hang it up and it was making a loud noise. But we talk to someone after the phone finally disconnected and know how to hangup it if that happen again
