Thanks for your feedback! Test calls can take a little longer, as they are prioritized lower so we don't tie up the emergency response agents. In an actual emergency your call with have top priority and be connected to an agent very quickly. Thanks!

I had the best sales person, and he was very knowledgeable about the equipment. I spent a month investigating into different companies, after a week of being harrasd by sales people from other companies it made it easier to pick Medical Care Alert!! Medical Care Alert has always seemed very conscientious and diligent. I am discontinuing my use of their services because my own changed circumstances substantially diminish my expectation of needing their service. The only reason I am not giving a 6 star review is that they have very little flexibility about the service they are willing to provide.
