First, your customer service is great. However, the charging cord and monitor had a faulty connection so the monitor was hard to charge. Got another cable (newer) but didn't solve the issue. Got a replacement monitor and it and the newer cable had a snug connection and powered up the monitor reliably. My mom is 86 and doesn't use any electronic devices and would not have figured out how to resolve. A quick check before sending out equipment could solve this. Also, all sounds need to be able to be turned off even the cell coverage beep. Why? Cell coverage ebbs and flows in our house, it's not consistent and there is nothing my mom can do when the beeps go off, causing stress, and they go off at night as well disrupting much needed sleep.

The device would not work in my home. The main reason I got the device was to use at home. I called in several times just to get the thing activated. The last time I called I was told to get a signal booster. I was told they are fairly inexpensive. . When I checked on them I found they run around 250.00 and don't work very well at all. This device just doesn't meet my needs.
