The fall detector does not work. It goes off constantly when he DOESN'T fall and then when he DOES fall, it doesn't go off. For the amount of money we are paying, and given the seriousness of the reason for which we are paying you, you would expect that it would work all the time, perfectly. The fall detector has not worked correctly once, and honestly, the reason we are scared to leave the house is not becaue we are worried something may happen to dad, but rather, because we are scared the alarm will go off when he's just sitting on the couch and the police will come. He is hard of hearing and never knows when the device goes off half the time. It would be great if you could fix the fall detection.
