The wall bed was exactly like the specs and showroom sample. It arrived with a sleek grey and aluminum finish and was assembled perfectly by installation crew. It creates a den/ office that doubles as spare bedroom. The bed is queen size and very comfortable. The desk is roomy and the shelf perfect for photos. We are very happy with product and comfortable recommending vendor to friends. Much better designed and more comfortable than a pullout bed which is agony to sleep on.

We sincerely thank and recommend them!

Zara was incredible helpful, responsive, and dedicated to finding the right solution for me. The two man installation team were wonderful - professional and efficient. Overall, possibly the best experience I have ever had with a purchase of this size!

Took a while to finally get my bed in due to the flooding in nyc, but I am very happy with this bed! Exactly what I needed and the workers who installed it were very quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Murphy bed online from Multimobeds, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Multimobeds and their sales person, Alex, provided exceptional service. The online ordering process was seamless and user-friendly. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed by Alex, who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
When the bed arrived, I was impressed by the careful packaging and the quality of the product. The assembly instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Even without the in-person assistance, Alex's support and guidance throughout the process made it a breeze. Alex followed up after delivery to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and to address any post-installation queries I had.
I highly recommend Multimobeds for their top-notch online purchasing experience and exceptional customer service.
