My name is Dennis Callahan, and I recently purchased a Wallbed with your company. Zari was extremely helpful with decision making, and the two guys who installed it, excellent. Thank you very much for the wonderful service.

Excellent overall experience. From the online sales (via email) that was very prompt and helpful, to the delivery/installation team, which are actual experts and did a fantastic job (totally worth the extra installation fee), to the product itself which is very well made and very nicely designed. These bed are definitely modern and minimalist, which is hard to find at this level... I would highly recommend Multimo.

Great product, quality, and service from the moment I step into the showroom, and all the way when the furniture arrived.

Ordered the corner twin bed with storage. We had an issue when the product was shipped (the shipping company), but Lana worked with us to resolve it. Thank you!

The queen size vertical wall bed we purchased is high quality, easy to pull down and put back up (even for a short, not too athletic person), and looks nice. We are so glad we bought it. We paid for installation, and the team was quick and efficient. Buying a Multimo bed was a great experience overall.

My multimo bed is a life changer for me! I recently downsized to a studio apt and it has made my space extremely comfortable. The staff at the showroom, especially Zara & Anesthesia were just great, answered my many questions and replied to me very quickly. The installers were professional and accommodating. It is one of the best purchases I ever made in my life !

The reason other companies cannot compete is Wall Bed Place's bed sits higher than others- at about 18 inches. Then you can choose any mattress - in my case 8 inches thick - and also the bedding including pillows remains in place when you pack away the bed each morning. Thus no time or closet space is wasted. The hydraulic mechanism seems top quality and built to last for 50 years. This system is critical as the bed is quite strong and stable and heavy, despite being particle board. I also bought the sofa which is surprisingly comfortable. The two contractors that installed my bed were invaluable (and inexpensive) given that my wall is curved and floor uneven - they quickly found a solution to mount the bed to my brittle concrete wall and no one would be able to notice. I am glad I did not go bargain hunting as Wall Bed Place is well worth the money. My wife and I have been sleeping until 10 AM!

The process of picking out our products was good. The units look great. The guys that did the installation were polite, efficient and proficient.

I normally can't be bothered to write reviews but my experience with the Wall Bed Place was so positive I feel like I must do it. My renovations took much longer than they should have and they held my bed for me until I was ready. Whenever I had a question either by phone or email they were available and got right back to me. When they came to install the bed the crew was excellent. O gpt calls and texts to know when they were coming, they worked quickly and cleaned up. 10 out of 10 rating!

Wall Bed Place provide me with a great customer service. When I had questions/issues, I either called or emailed them. I received responses within minutes.
The installation for the bed was done very efficiently. Installers showed up on time and did a great job. When a part was broken, they ordered a part, showed up at my home as promised and repaired it quickly. Great service.

The team at Wall Bed Place were a pleasure to work with from the showroom to delivery to after sales service. My bed has exceeded expectations and my only regret is not ordering the bed sooner!!

Product was delivered as ordered, delivery time was speedy and installation was efficient.

This firm is really the best. We had a small problem with our bed and even 3 years later they came out and fixed it within 24 hours. Their products are beautiful, durable, well made and their customer service top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wall bed. Lynette Bosco

We own a completely customized wall bed with two side cabinets (both of which have a hanging wardrobe), custom LED lights in the nightstand area, reading lights, and LEDs above the bed. Additionally, the bed comes with a sturdy desk. This bed has transformed our third bedroom into a functional office/bedroom. The look and feel of it is elegant and classy. We consulted with Zara from start to finish, who was completely candid with us in every respect and also responded to every single email we had with many questions. Their website lists many options and it was hard to choose. She listened to us carefully and confidently guided us toward something we loved. In addition to her, Alex at sales who is based in Florida and Anastasia were excellent with responding to our questions in a timely manner as well, because we wanted something highly customized.

The delivery/installation process was a little stressful as we live in a city building with specific rules and the bed took a while to install. But Zara and her team arranged for the installation team to come over a second day and complete the installation smoothly. The team headed by Jan/Yan knew what they were doing! They managed to expertly install the bed and demonstrate its capabilities before leaving.

I recommend Wall Bed Place wholeheartedly. They are beginning to establish themselves in New York, their prices are decent given the many customizations, quality and finish/style they offer, and they really bend over backwards to make their customers happy.

Communication was top notch. They had to deal with a lot of challenges with my building and handled it flawlessly. They provided the COI and moved installation dates for me multiple times to accommodate my delays with other pieces of furniture. Opt for installation as it was fantastic (worth every penny). To get it installed properly is so important.

This was an amazing company to work with for my queen size Murphy bed in my NYC Studio apartment. They helped guide me through what I needed from a desk, to shelves, headboard and even white glove service installation. They were even able to accommodate my small elevator. They were on time, excellent communication and the two guys who installed the bed were so helpful and kind. I can't say enough GREAT things about the quality and the people who helped me along the way!

Ordered the bed a while ago and due to the supply issues it took quite some time to get it... but then again I had custom colors, so it's ok. Overall it was worth the wait, it's very convenient, saves tons of space and looks good in our apartment.

Great high quality bed, installers were super clean and polite, highly recommended!
Absolutely love it!

The quality, support, and service of this company are fantastic! Great item, delivery, and great quality. Better than the pictures!

Wallbed place has a great product. I did my research on Murphy beds and I think they provide the best bang for the buck of the full service bed providers. It took a while to get due to supply chain issues but once the service was excellent. I highly recommend buying from them.
