Water Filter Housing Removal Tool 10" & 20" x 4.5" to suit Big Blue
I stored my water filter housing removal tool out in the sun for a couple of years and it broke due to the plastic breakdown I was able to make a call and had a replacement tool delivered within a few days. Website informative and when I had a query, the call back occurred within hours.
Delivery was fast with constant update.
Fairly easy to install with website video guide. However one important instruction missed ie the filters needed to b taken out of the cartridge to remove the plastic wrappings. When flow was not happening, rang support and they immediately told us to!
Mentioned to them re this issue and they were quick to email back that they will be updating the instruction/ video. A few emails to make sure we are satisfied with the product!
Unable to comment re taste as we have clean tank water and so no taste of chlorine to start with! So pretty much same taste. But piece of mind that bacteria, parasite, pesticides etc etc will be filtered out.
