MWF 20" x 4.5" Triple Big Blue Whole House Water Filter System Complete with Hard Water Conditioner
Really happy with my setup, great to be able to get a good drink of water from any tap. You wouldn’t credit the difference in a cup of tea, still seem to get staining in toilet bowl. Overall really happy 😆

Hello Mark. We're glad to hear the whole house system is working well & the water is tasty. In relation to the toilet staining? With the limetrons you should see old scale & rust buildup removed from throughout your system, over time. Yell out if that does not go away in time or is building up? Enjoy having clean filtered water, Mark. And if you need assistance, we are always here for you.
Many thanks, the My Water Filter Team

MWF 20" x 4.5" Triple Big Blue Whole House Water Filter System Complete with Hard Water Conditioner
We have been very happy with our water filter. We have noticed a dramatic decrease in the amount of "extras" that used to be in our water supply which the tap filter screen would catch, these "extras" are not making it into our pipes anymore. I was quite shocked when changing the first set of filters at how dirty the filters were, I can only assume we were previously drinking that dirty water. The plumber installed the system without a problem, however I did struggle to change the filters and ended up tightening them too much.

Hello Anthony. That's really fantastic to hear! I agree totally with you on how great whole house filter systems are at filtering out the ""extras"". Just keep the housing threads tight enough not to leak & to make ease during replacement. Enjoy having clean filtered water, Anthony. And if you need assistance, we are always here for you.
Many thanks, the My Water Filter Team

Filteroo® Slim Gravity Fed Stoneware Water Filter with Ceramic - Carbon Cartridge
I have received the water filter last Friday. When putting in the filter we had issues with it not sealing. Used lots of plumbers tape as nut would not hold properly with out it. Water tastes great and have started using straight away.

Hello Kristen,
Thank you for the information.
Kristen these gravity filter cartridges normally install very easy.
I will give you a call now to see how you are going & if you have the washer in the top tank etc?
They should not require any thread tape on this style of cartridge so lets have a quick chat to rectify.
Thank you Kristen,
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.
