HiFlow 5 Micron Inline Water Filter Replacement Cartridge for Harsh Water
Zero hassles with the whole process. Ordered online. Arrived promptly, easy to fit with really clear instructions. The flow rate is exceptional, and the difference in water quality is startling and also slightly worrying (what have I been drinking all these years??).

Hello Rod,
Thank you to both yourself and your team for sorting out the problems I had with my hardness filters. I am very happy with the results now.
I must commend you on how efficiently you dealt with my enquirers and how you came up with an effective solution. And thank you too for arranging a refund for the incorrect filters that I somehow managed to buy.
I will be more than happy to recommend you to all my friends. Your products and service are exemplary.
Kind regards
Will

Has worked well and provided us with good quality drinking water. We have used it for both tank and town water. For town water it removes the metallic taste.

Xstream 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter with Alkaliser Cartridge Pack
Good filters. Water tastes fresh when new. They rapidly lose effectiveness in areas such as central coast NSW with high rust content in municipal supply. I would say they last 4-5 months in a household of 5 people before contaminants start to get through progressively higher each day.

Sprite HOC High Output Shower Filter Replacement Cartridge
I have no way of knowing if this actually removes the chlorine from my water. However, my shower not turning pink seems to be a good indicator that it is.

Hello Carlo,
Thanks for the great review you have given us.
Carlo, we are glad that the shower filter replacement cartridge is working great for you.
The shower filter cartridge you have purchased from us is from Sprite Industries in the USA, they are a NSF certified shower filter cartridge.
Possibly 1 of the best available in the world & they have a fantastic life span, they stop the horrible chlorine gas also.

Hello Mark,
Thanks for the review you have provided.
Mark, when you say you are having a problem in getting it open.
I suggest screwing the housing on by hand & then just tighten the housing a little with your tool so it does not leak. It is easier to lay the filter on its side when trying to remove the housing. See how you go & let us know should you need a hand or a tool in the future.
Please do contact our Customer Service team for assistance, you can contact us at 1800 769 300, send us an email at customerservice@mywaterfilter.com.au or liaise with us over live chat through our website.

Many thanks again, Mark.
