Quality seems ok but when received the product couldn’t open it to put the cartridge in. Was so difficult I asked a strong male friend to open and he couldn’t and we had to ask others. It wouldn’t budge but eventually did.

Hello Olga, it's good to hear how you liked the quality of the Doulton Ultracarb. In relation to been hard to open i suggest screwing the housing on by hand & then just tighten the housing a little with your tool so it does not leak. It is easier to lay the filter on its side when trying to remove the housing. See how you go & let us know should you need a hand or a tool in the future.
Thank you, Olga,
Regards,
The My Water Filter. Team

Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C Shower Filter Shower Head
So far water filter is doing its job. Skin is less dry as is hair and definitely notice the difference in quality of water. The showerhead which we got has a narrow span though so have to stand right under neath it otherwise all good.

We love our water filter and generally have had no issues with the filter. Our last one though we found very slow to filter and I went back to another I had as spare. I just recently purchased another new filter so hoping it will be good. We do love this product though. Thanks

Love my water filter. Wouldn't do without it, here in Chinchilla, Qld. Without it, the water tastes horrible. I have recently fitted our 2nd pkt of filters, and the colour on the old filters says it all. Thank you.
