Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C Shower Filter Shower Head with Hose and Bracket
Very happy with my purchase of vitamin C shower filter. It produces a soft and strong flow of lovely water. The lemon scent is very mild. I will be purchasing again for our second bathroom and as a wedding gift. Highest recommendation! Thank you

Delivery took a long time.

Hello Helen,
Nice to hear from you.
Helen we did look into the delivery time for your cartridges. It was longer than normal & we do apologise.
It appears you placed your order on a Wednesday & the funds did not clear until the Friday, that is when we created your order to despatch your products.
Unfortunately we missed the cut of that day & your order was not collected until the Monday.
So we lost 5 days there. Then once on the way it took a couple of days longer than normal which we are not really happy about.
We are looking to stock these cartridges in a warehouse closer to you so we can deliver faster in the future.
Thank you Helen,
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.

5 Micron Silver Stabilizing Carbon Caravan Inline Water Filter Replacement Cartridge with 1/2" Brass Male Connectors
Im sure it’s perfect but I bought the wrong one. I needed the one I could attach to a hose. My mistake

Hello Tom,
Nice to hear from you. Tom we are thinking if the filter you have has 1/2"" connections on each end then you should be able to find a hose connection with a bush from Bunnings that will enable you to connect direct onto your hose.
Failing that if you have not flowed any water through this filter then contact to us and well see how we can assist to you.
Thank you Tom,
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.

MWF 20" x 4.5" Triple Big Blue Whole House Water Filter System
Great filter system, highly recommended. Fast delivery and great service whilst asking questions with the team prior to purchase.
It is great to have a shower now or even run the bath for kids, we use to walk into the bathroom and smell the strong chlorine, now it has all gone.
Drinking this is amazing, you actually drink less, which is healthier for you as well.

Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C Shower Filter Shower Head with Hose and Bracket
Fantastic shower so soft, made my hair smooth, but unfortunately the life span of the shower is not good, lasted a mere 15 months before it blew up all over the shower base, constantly having to soak the plate in vinegar and change the micro filter as the water would spray in different directions , such a shame as I really loved it.

Hello Karen.
Thank you for the feed back.
Karen we agree that the Aroma Sense Q is a magnificent shower filter. Some of us here at My Water Filter have been using it for years now and had no problem with it. It sounds to us that there are mineral issues in the water that's coming through your house. Is it possible for you to send us a picture of it and communicate with us?
We're always here to help you out,
Thank you Karen.
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.

Water Filter Housing Removal Tool 10" & 20" x 2.5" to suit White Housings
This tool suits its purpose very well. It had open and close instructions on one side of the tool which helps but silly me didn't know if I should have the instruction facing upwards or downwards. Of course I chose the wrong way so I was tightening instead of the opposite. I'm aware of the mantra righty is tighty and lefty is loosy but not everything follows our aussie way. All sorted now. May I suggest that the instruction be stamped on both sides of the tool?

Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C Shower Filter Shower Head with Hose and Bracket
Was so pleased with the product within this first week of using it. Amazing product and has drastically helped our family get rid of a itchy scalp problem after buying all expensive and specialised shampoos and none of them helping.
