Replacement Cartridge for UltraStream Hydrogen Rich Water Ionizer Filter System
Excellent filter! Every time we buy a new cartridge the old stainless sleeve has to be thrown out, a bit of waste. May be in the future we can order it without the sleeve and save some cost? Thanks a lot! Li from Perth

Sprite BBC Bath Ball Replacement Cartridge
I adore my bath filter, and I’ve given them to friends, who also love them. I was use to rain/tank water, and this filter makes city water feel soft as pure rainwater. I highly recommend.

Limetron Whole House Hard Water Conditioner Descaler
I recently purchased a Limetron 1/2" Whole House Hard Water Conditioner Descaler / Water Softener Alternative and had it installed at the water mains by a licensed plumber. This product works brilliantly and I am already witnessing very positive results. Water drops left to dry on tap wares do not turn into stubborn lime scales which have been hard to remove previously. Some marks are still visible but I can easily wipe them off. Only issue I have is that the water pressure to the kitchen tap has reduced quite a bit while water flow to all other outlets in the house are working fine. I am not sure if this is due to the product, which I doubt, but will need to get a plumber to check..

Hello Quincey,
Thanks for letting us know.
Quincey, we are glad that the product is working great for you as it has been intended to be.
In line with the drop in pressure to your kitchen, no i do not believe that is been slowed down because of the Limetron. We have been installing this product all over Australia for years and the flow rate is never a issue.
My best guess is the Limetron is removing previously built up Limescale from the insides of your water pipes and that mineral could be building up inside your kitchen tap Strainer & Airater.
Before you pay for any plumber are you able to simply unscrew the airater from the end of your kitchen tap spout & take a look to see if that is blocked up?
Please let us know if we can assist to you in any way?
If you have more questions or in need of assistance, you may contact us at 1800 769 300, send us an email at customerservice@mywaterfilter.com.au or liaise with us over live chat through our website.
My Water Filter is always here if you need.
Many thanks again, Quincey.
Thank you,
The Team at My Water Filter

Ultraceram Drinking Water Filter Replacement Candle with Fluoride Removal
I didn't believe my wife about the extent of the chemical flavour in tap water until she got us onto these filters. They do the job of an expensive purifier/reverse osmosis unit for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

Sprite Hose Shower Filter - Chrome
Although this filter was not for me, but for my elderly parents, I did fit it for them within 1 minute and ready to use. My parents seem happy with it but as it is mainly due to my mums skin condition, we are hoping now the chlorine is eliminated, this will help her. Water pressure also does not seem to be overly effected too, which was a concern at the time, so still happy with water pressure
