Replacement Cartridge for the Chrome Shower Filter
have not installed the most recent delivery as yet. But all 3 i’ve had in the past have all worked as required. i was a little surprised that i was treated as a first time customer this time and not as an established one with at least 3 previous purchases.

The water tastes great with the filter. I never imagined the water from the tap could have so much clay.

Aquasana Countertop Drinking Water Filter (AQ-4000) - White
I have no problem with the water, I just have a problem with the three little filters at the outlet, I have to keep removing them as they get a black substance through them, causing the water to come out in a slow trickle

Hello Valerie,
Nice to hear from you.
Valerie it sounds like the strainer where the water flows out of your hose your talking about?
But i think it is best if we will give you a call and maybe you can share a little video to us on the issue so we can sort that out for you.
The Aquasana filters work well so this cant be to much we cant solve.
Thank you Valerie,
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.

Hello Peck,
Thank you for the feed back.
I will pass that to Aquasana and see if they have any ideas?
What we do is turn the cartridge and it comes away from the cap or turn the cartridge and it comes out of the housing.
If you have any ongoing concern please do let us know?
Thank you Peck,
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.

My gorgeous water filter took three months to arrive, I was told it would take this long and given the option to order a different product. Glad I was patient as my filter is BEAUTIFUL !!!!! The water taste as if directly from a fresh water stream. I'm drinking more water as it such a pleasure to do. Thanks heaps
