HPF 4 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System with Low Alkaline
I purchased my first water filter system from My Water Filter two years ago for my home and have been thoroughly impressed with their fantastic products. The water tastes great after filtration, and everyone in my family loves it. We haven't bought any bottled water since. We always bring our own water bottles filled with filtered water, confident that it's the best tasting water available. This is my second purchase from them, this time for the office. I strongly recommend that everyone in Victoria consider buying one for their loved ones.

The best addition to our two showers. We are on tank water but still get diesel and bird droppings and a multitudes of gum tre leaves.
We have notice that our sk is not so dry as before we changed to the best shower head.

PROS
• Plumber said it was an easy installation and was impressed with the unit
• It fits under the kitchen sink along with other plumbing quite neatly
• Faucet is nice-looking hardware. Simple and stylish
• Filtered water is available within a few hours of installation
• Postal delivery was fast - within a few days of ordering
• Based on follow-up emails the company seems interested in customer satisfaction
CONS
• None so far
GENERAL COMMENTS
• Honestly I can't taste much difference, but it's good knowing microplastics and other unwanted elements are gone
• When first uses there were small bubbles or fizz that made the water look cloudy, but these disappeared and since then the water is crystal clear. So don't worry if you see the same phenomena when you first begin using

HPF 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filter System
The experience began with a bit of drama. It took a few days to find out what was causing the low pressure at the tap. Many tests were carried out in accordance with the instructions supplied, and it was eventually discovered that the carbon cartridge may have been blocked and not working properly. A new cartridge was immediately sent free of charge. Once it's installed, all turned out perfect. End result water quality super satisfying. Thank you guys.

Easily changed over my under sink filters. Amazing how much silt it has captured. I also have the shower filter which i have to change every month. I am in South Yarra the water looks clean smells clean but obviously is not once you start using the filters. I wonder what they put in the water to make it look and smell clean. I feel so much better knowing my water is much cleaner now. My hair and skin is not so dry and skin not so itchy. Highly recommend.

Replacement Cartridge for the Chrome Shower Filter
Very easy to install and working fine. A shame it’s only good for three months. The guy in the video reckons you can get six months out of a cartridge by turning it around 180 degrees after three months and getting another three, but I can't understand how that could be right. Surely it is clogging up after 3 months!
