Having dealt with Rod and his team for many years, I've been thoroughly impressed with both products and service. No issue is too hard for them when any remedy is needed. It's more than just a business transaction, more like a community thing with like minded folk helping each other to clean up the hideous garbage that is put into our water supply, well done!

Sprite Bath Ball Water Filter - Chrome/White
I have one of these. My son moved out and I brought one for him, as he cannot live without one these days either. We moved from a rural area into the city and missed tank water so much, until we got these water filters, so now the hard water in town feels like soft water.

Hello Traci, That's fantastic! It sounds like those water filters have been a real game-changer for you both. It's amazing how something as simple as water quality can make such a difference in our daily lives, especially when transitioning from rural to urban environments. Softening up that hard water must feel like a little slice of home. Many thanks, Traci.

Sprite Bath Ball Water Filter - Chrome/White
We bought this after fitting a shower filter and are pleased. The all filter takes a little getting used to, mainly to avoid turning the water on too much. We have to keep readjusting the position, but this is because of the shape of the outlet, not the filter.
In our review of the shower filter, we stated that we hope to buy a new home soon. If that works out, we intend fitting a complete house system. We have already recommended your products to others.

Aquasana Countertop Drinking Water Filter (AQ-4000) - White
I am enjoying having this filter and water tastes really good but it wasn't so easy to install like they say it is. I couldn't fit it to my sink tap and ended up putting it in the bathroom tap, a bit annoying but I am ok with it because I will be using it temporarily. I advise sending a photo of your tap beforehand and making sure it suits it before buying.

Deluxe Chrome Shower Filter
My wife and I had skin problems due to chlorine products in the water. My wife experienced very painful skin and said it felt like extreme sunburn. I had lesser problems with my skin. As a trial we fitted the shower filter and have followed up with other filters for drinking. What impressed us was the delivery times and the video presentations. Top marks there.
The “soap scum” on the shower no longer exists. White powder deposits on kitchen sink and shower are gone. They are only evident when untreated water is left to dry out.
We are still in recovery mode, but It is early days yet, but so far so good.
Judging on what has started to happen and as we hope to move house shortly and intend fitting a complete house system.
