Once again, “ My Water Filter “ have delivered an exceptional product. The attention to detail with the finish of this Ceramic urn coupled with the aesthetic design very much complements our kitchen decor. The delivery time was also extraordinary, I’m surprised the packing box was not smoking upon arrival!

MWF 20" x 4.5" Triple Whole House Water Filter Cartridge Pack
I had my filter system installed in April ‘23, and changed the 3 filters over 2 weeks ago (end of March). I live in a 4 x2 with all the water (including retic) passing through the filters. The retic is on twice a week, and is turned off for nearly 5 months if the year. There was no change to the pressure, the only thing I noticed was a slight odour to the water over the last month. Change over was easy, no issues re-pressurising the system. Noticed the difference in the water quality straight away! Service from the company is great. Reminder emails when my filter change was due. Video instructions provided (easy to do yourself), and I am very happy with this product.

HPF 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filter System
Why didn't I do this sooner?! I got so used to Brisbane water that I forgot how bad it tasted. My water now tastes so crisp and clean, I only wish I had invested in this sooner. Install took a while, but we got there eventually. We quickly gave up on the paper instructions and resorted to online videos. Recommend that an install video link be sent directly to purchases. Would save hunting though YouTube videos to find the most relevant video based on the make & model.

Hello Lana! Thank you for your fantastic review! Glad to hear you're enjoying your crisp, clean water now! Your suggestion for a direct install video link is spot-on. It would definitely streamline the process for future customers. Cheers to better-tasting water!

I'm glad that I found this shower filter. We are in the Pilbara so our water is full of calcium, fluoride and other minerals making it prett harsh. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. My hair feels slightly smoother, my skin feels nicer after showering and it has made a difference in the water quality - shower glass is much cleaner.
Thank you.
