When i go onto the website chat during the day with my problem the Water Filter chat person has always been able to give me the information i need. Sometimes the chat person has to go away for a while and get the info i need from someone else, and i am glad that they do that instead of trying to answer a problem when they do not know the answer. Overall i am glad that i bought my water filter from My Water Filter because the technical support is always there when i need it and that is important to keep my filter system running year after year.

Their website was easy to negotiate and provided a lot of information. Ordering was also very good. Delivery times were within the specified time frame. I will certainly do business with this company again.

The shower filter I purchased arrived very quickly. I got my son to install it for me.
He is not a handyman, but he took one look at it and installed it with no problems.
There is one thing that I was not expecting. The water pressure in my shower has increased a great deal. Instead of having to have the taps turned to full pressure I now have to dial it back.
I was not expecting that, but I am definitely not complaining. Jennifer

Absolutely fantastic, ordered Saturday and received nice and early Tuesday and thanks to the instruction video installed. Im a 40 yo single mum and yes you can easily do it yourself. The water is great, no more pain in my side thanks to the disgusting town water supply.
Recommend to anyone and everyone!

Def gr8 but i still have an issue... you did say seeing the 20 sec video i sent that the filters were blocked and this was causing the tap not to flow but the water filter always flowed... it just didnt allow the tap to flow independently of the filter..... ..upon
