Hello Jacques, thank you for such a wonderful review. We are glad to know your satisfaction with the quality and how easy the installation videos were. This Australian Flora Gravity Fed Ceramic Stoneware Water Filter is such a beautifully hand-crafted stoneware made here in Australia. Unlike the usual Terra Cota, this purifier has been glazed using non-toxic materials and is the perfect container for storing water so you should never have any clay or earthy taste with these brands. They are also very easy to clean while still keeping the water cool. We look to hearing from you again. Thank you so much, Jacques.

Great service, lightning quick delivery, and oh my god, that shower filter has changed my life. My hair was turning into a rat's nest and I couldn't figure out why until a hairdresser was giving me a blow wave and having trouble getting the brush through my hair. She asked if I went swimming every day (no) or had just moved house (yes) and told me it was probably the chlorine in the water. As soon as I installed the filter my hair was silky again and as an added bonus my skin is super soft. My kids have stopped scratching their previously irritated scalps and their weird skin rashes have gone away. I'd recommend this product to anyone with lots of chlorine in their water supply.

I didn’t even know that some portion of the profits are donated to good cause, but now it just makes me even happier to purchase more of these shower filters in the future.
The product itself is great. Easy to install, even easier to use … open the tap and it flows thorugh :D … no complication wahtsoever. Well, of course it’s good to have a girlfriend who tells you what you’re doing wrong when you try to change the cartridge … :D
Customer service is amazing and they keep an eye on when you need to change your cartridge so you don’t have to worry about that. ;) That’s what I call service!!!
