had a hick up with the delivery because filters were out of stock, so it took about a week for delivery. Install of the filter was quick and easy and the result is good so far. Wife's skin condition eased a bit but it might be a long term thing to get all out of her system. Another happy customer. Thanks team ! and a happy New Year !

I contacted another mob to get advice on the right filters for my Aquarium R/O system and they didn't even bother to respond. MyWaterFilter on the other hand, sent them photos of the RO system and straight off the bat, with no stuffing around, I receive an email back with a number of options.
Didn't try to push the most expensive product they had, gave me the choice.
I'll be hitting them up when the replacements are due, and would easily recommend to others.
Just to balance this review, the only negative thing I would say is the packaging.
I know that they need to ensure that the items arrive safe and sound, but in this plastic conscience world, there might be room for improvement there.
