He was very cordial, prompt and aware of my needs. He is going to draw a picture of the backyard and present it to my city hall because I might need a variance. Then he will get back to me with the pricing.

Rick came out to give me an estimate the same day I called him. We had just adopted a new energetic dog, and we were in a hurry to get a fence installed for him. Rick was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He explained the various fencing options, and helped me choose the best one for our needs. His employees started the fence as soon as they got the city permit. They worked through cold weather and a lot of snow, which also meant that they had to move/remove a lot of snow and ice as they did the installation. They didn't charge us any additional fees for this. Rick's employees were experienced, very detail-oriented, prompt, and friendly. They asked me questions as needed to make sure they were installing the fence exactly the way I wanted it. Our neighbor has an outdoor water pumping system to remove excess water from his yard; Rick's employees found that part of it was in our yard. They discussed it with me and with our neighbor, and removed the necessary part from our yard to both my and my neighbor's satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the entire overall process and installation. Our fence looks beautiful; in addition to giving our dog the freedom of running around our back yard, it makes the overall appearance of our property look nicer. I was also very happy that Rick was able to begin work so fast after my initial contact, and that the entire fence was installed so quickly. He understood how eager we were to get the fence installed for our dog, and his employees worked through bad weather to make it happen. We plan to hire them to seal our fence once warmer temperatures are here, and plan to discuss a future patio/deck project with them as well.

They were decent but we didn't use them because we got a less expensive quote. We got a total of three quotes. Many of the companies that came out just wanted to replace the total fence. They were professional.

Jeremy, the sales person couldn't have been more professional and responsive. He arrived, quickly understood my needs, and made thoughtful suggestions. He prepared the estimate on the spot, which included a good drawing. He was able to email a proposal which was very convenient. He scheduled the job quickly which I also appreciated. The only thing that he overlooked was telling me about the locator service which was included in the price. I was a little shocked when I looked out the window and saw the neon paint all over my grass and all the little flags. Of course, you should have a locator service if you're going to be digging, I just would have liked a heads-up. The installers were top notch. David has been in the business for a long time and he brings not only experience, but very high standards to the work. He and DJ, adapted the plan to improve the function and aesthetics of the fence. They were also friendly, thoughtful, and considerate. They even hand-held a nervous neighbor through some of it--and all this in very cold weather. They were also meticulous about removal and clean up. Finally, one of the things that I was dreading was dealing with my dog, who's used to having the run of the yard, while the job was in progress. The installers knew about this and went overboard to minimize the time that the fence would be down.

We contacted several fence installers, each with a different estimate but all within several hundred dollars of each other. We choose NEO Fence from our impression during the estimate. NEO was the most responsive and when we questioned his findings on the length of fence to be installed, he checked several times and even walked the fence line with me to verify the installation location. Turns out that other fence installers were cutting the length in order to appear to have a lower bid. Living in Strongsville, installation permits were required and NEO Fence took care of all requirements. We had to push back the start date in order to get a property survey to satisfy the city's requirements but NEO communicated with us through the process. Installation began on the agreed date with the crew arriving as they promised. The crew's foreman, Hank, contacted me and ensured we were ready to proceed and asked to verify the location. On the first day they marked each post location and ran a line. Posts holes were dug and installed with concrete. They returned after the weekend and installed the fence and gates in one day. On completing, Hank again checked with me to make sure I was happy with the installation and if I had any questions. He answered my questions on care and maintenance and said to call if there were any problems. Two days after the installation, the owner called to follow up on the project and asked how the fence looks and if there were any problems and how the project went. Throughout the process I felt they were honest and the most responsive. I would use this company again.

Excellent, they had to come back to catch a couple of things. I had to do a little work that they did not do (nail a few boards they missed). Only real complaint is that they mixed cement in the grass and left a bit of a mess.

Overall good experience. Jeremy was very nice and professional. They did a good job.

Northeast Ohio Fence installed a cedar split rail fence with 2 gates around our back yard in 1999. We were happy with their work then, so we didn't shop around for this project.

They arrived when they were suppose to, However they were delayed a couple week because of all the rain. They did great work. They took away the old fence. They were very polite and were willing to change something if we wanted it. They were very fast in getting it installed.

They were very nice. They gave me an estimate and at the end stuck to the original estimate. The work was great I have had no problem with the work they did.

It took a while for them to come out but when they did the fence itself only took a week from start to finish. I love the fence for the most part, but my smallest dog can fit thought the gate openings and he keeps escaping the yard and running the neighborhood. I have called Jeremy about four times to get the gates readjusted, but have not had any results. The work they did was very good, but I would have thought after spending about $8000.00 they would have been more quick to respond to any problems.

It went well. We were happy to have NEO fence do the job so quickly, since we had such a hard time getting any other companies to come out and even get an estimate, much less to schedule the job. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Jeremy told us it would be about 2 weeks before they could start and I believe it was actually 3, but we were happy with that. The chain link is of a thicker gauge than our neighbor's, and we are very pleased with it. We had the work done in May, and I'm just writing the report now, so you can tell we've been out enjoying the newly fenced yard. Having a free range toddler is so much more fun now.

Overall, the experience was very good and we were very happy with them. They came when the said they would. They were a little bit more expensive but she like the service and it easy great compared to the others.

Excellent! They were prompt, courteous and did a very nice job of installing the fence. They responded to all our questions and concerns and the fence and yard look great!

A top-notch company that is very busy. The work performed was exactly what we expected, it just took 4 weeks to get it done. We were told to expect the wait up front and accepted it as a validation of our decision to go with a company that is highly sought after. The only room for improvement would be on the clean up end of the job, rocks from the cement poured to hold the posts was spread out on our driveway and neighbors lawn. We obtained 5 quotes for the job, they were right in the middle of the price ranges and ultimately their Angie's List report pushed them over the top.

They were on time to do the services asked of them. They were professional while they worked. I would use them in the future. I believe that they could have cleaned up after themselves a little better.

We are very satisfied with our experience. Jeremy came out to do our estimate the same day I called and he was very thorough. He wrote out everything and plotted the work out. He brought a photo book with him of fencing they had installed at other jobs as well as a (very long) list of references which included the work done. He was easy to ask questions of and easy to talk to. Very professional without the run around. The men who came to install the posts and fencing were also great, very polite and friendly. They were very concerned with making sure I was aware of any issues that came up during the process and that I was pleased with the results. They did a good job of cleaning up. The longest part of the project was waiting for Euclid to do the permit (which NEO Fence has no control over). Once they got the permit they were out the following week on Tuesday to set the posts and returned on Friday to finish. Excellent job!

Mr. Keagle came out to do estimate. Very professional, explained all the options from merely straightening to replacing the entire fence. Wrote up and emailed me his estimates for three possible jobs: straightening the fence and replacing a couple of posts in the ground, replacing all posts that went into the ground or replacing the entire fence with a new one. I chose the middle option. Men came within the week. One day to dig out old posts and put in and cement new ones. The second day (after three days of letting concrete set) they put back up the rest of the fence and straightened everything up. Cleaned up most debris and scattered left over soil that had been dug up.

I like my fence. The workers who put in my fence in the backyard were nice and worked in the rain.

The did a better job than we thought they'd do, only because this was the 3rd fencing company we had called to fix the latch.
